Mommy and daughter time.

With 5 kids it is not very often that I get one on one time with any children. It is even harder with the oldest one b/c she is the babysitter. But since two kids were at the grandparents and daddy was home not feeling well Gabi and I ran out of the house when it became nap time. We have the wonderful advantage of living only a few mins from downtown nashville. So we went to starbucks and than drove to the walking bridge and waters edge. Gabi was a great model and we had lots of fun on our 1.5 hrs away.

My children love to create things like I do. This is construction paper armor that two of my kids made for their stuffed animals.




I wanted to try out a texture back ground and our bunny was only kind enough to be my model. I need more lighting for the texture to work but the bunny is cute. :)

So this was practice, my sister said i need to adjust the focus so that is a great reason to go back.

Unite worship service.

Sunday night was Worship night and I got to bring my camera ,take some pictures, and worship God. Here are some of those pic. I seem to keep practicing at places with low lighting. That was once again the case here. Bright lighting on stage and low lights everywhere else. Some turned out bad....they are not on here and some where ok...they are showcased here :) Enjoy, let me know what you think.

Our 34 Birthday dinner!! With my 3 best friends.

My twin's and my birthday was jan 13 so the weekend after she came to visit and we went to dinner. Buca di Beppo is a lot of fun to eat at. You can get big plates of pasta and share it and than talk loud b/c everyone is talking loud.








I went to take a pic of the oil and vinger and it focused on the reflection in the oil. Pretty cool.
